Who is responsible

YARSY is the brand behind this website. The organisation responsible for your personal data is Sole proprietor (FOP) Yaroslav Semeniuk, Tax ID 3714004958, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Privacy contact: [email protected]. This policy covers website enquiries, bookings, report requests and cookie choices.

Enquiries & report requests

When you contact us by email, we use the details you share to respond. The report form asks for your full name, work email and, optionally, company, with your consent to send the report and YARSY insights.

We use your email to send the report and YARSY insights – occasional emails about real estate sales materials and our work. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Consent version 2026-10-29-v2 is stored with each request.

When you submit the report form, we store your name, work email, optional company and consent record to send you the report.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request is not automated. It is necessary to run the form and does not track you across sites.

Lawful basis: replying to your enquiry and arranging a call – steps before working together and our legitimate interest in answering you. Analytics and marketing – only with your consent.

Booking through Calendly

Booking links open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly receives the details you enter, such as your name, email and chosen time, to arrange the meeting with YARSY.

Calendly is not embedded on this page. Its website has its own cookie controls. Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice ↗ for its data practices.

Cookies & your choices

Essential – always on. These support the site and remember your choices. Your consent preferences and the date are saved in this browser’s local storage.

Analytics – off by default. When configured and with your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page use and Microsoft Clarity helps us understand visits through interaction recordings and heatmaps. Form inputs are masked. We do not send report form names or emails as analytics events.

No optional tag loads before consent for its category. Integrations with no configured identifier remain disabled. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and reloads this page to unload the tools. It cannot recall data already received by a provider.

Accept all, reject non-essential cookies or save individual choices. Change your choices at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal clears accessible first-party tracking cookies. Provider cookies on other domains can be cleared through your browser or that provider.

Providers & data storage

Booking details are processed through Calendly. Messages you email us are handled through Gmail.

Providers: Calendly (bookings, United States), Cloudflare Pages (website hosting, planned), Google (Gmail) for messages to [email protected], Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity – only after you consent to the relevant category. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months. GA4 event data retention is set to 14 months when activated. Clarity recordings are ordinarily available for up to 30 days. Any extended provider retention follows Microsoft’s policy. Providers also retain data under their own privacy policies.

Campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, referring page and landing page link a report request or booking to its source. First and last sources stay in memory before a choice, in this tab for the visit after rejection, or in first-party local storage for up to 90 days after accepting a category. Submitted attribution is kept with the lead until unsubscribe or deletion. Only campaign parameters are appended to Calendly links. Cookie preferences stay in this browser until you replace them or clear site storage. An NDA is available on request. It does not replace this notice.

Your choices & requests

You can change cookie choices below or clear them in your browser settings. Choices on this page do not change cookies on Calendly.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact [email protected].

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Visitors from the EU can also contact their local data protection authority.

Updates to this policy

We update this policy when our handling of personal data changes and revise the effective date above.
